Warranty Policy:

New items: PCLiquidations warranties all new products for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Refurbished items: All used computer systems, notebooks, and accessories carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
The warranty will be voided if any parts/systems are damaged by power surge or lightning. Any system with any software or hardware failure caused by any computer virus, spyware or misuse of the system is not covered under warranty, no exceptions and will incur normal labor charges for repair. All warranties provided by PCLiquidations cover hardware defects and/or installation defects of software which was installed and tested at the time of purchase.

Return Policy:

New items: All new items must be returned within 14 days with original packaging and will incur a 25% restocking fee for refund.
Refurbished items: All used items must be returned within 14 days with original packaging and in original condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee for refund. No restocking fee will be assessed if a used item is exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. Products may only be exchanged one time and no further exchanges on product will be allowed.
Software is non returnable, no exceptions.
On all credit card purchased returns please allow 10 to 15 business days for refund to post to your account.

Layaway:

Items placed on layaway grants the purchaser a 90 day grace period from the date of the original 25% deposit to pay as he or she wishes. After 90 days PCLiquidations reserves the right to resell the item and consume the original deposit. Layaway deposits can be refunded within 14 days of invoice date and will be subject to a depreciation fee of $50.00 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
Bad checks: Any bad checks written to PCLiquidations or contested credit card charges will incur a fee of $50.00 and all collection fees incurred.

Software:

Used & Refurbished computers & notebooks sold at PCLiquidations do not include operating systems unless otherwise purchased. When turning on a used computer from PC Liquidations for the first time, you may be prompted to insert a cd-key. This cd-key is found usually on the sides or bottom of the computer or laptop in the form of a COA sticker (Certificate of Authenticity) that was placed there by the original owners of the computer. Microsoft does not consider a COA a valid license unless it’s accompanied by the manual and CD. All installs of Windows operating system (all versions) are for demonstration purposes only. PCLiquidations encourages its customers to purchase retail versions of software to take full advantage of the continuous support and updates offered by the manufactures.

Repair Policy:

In Store Labor rate: $65 per hour unless otherwise stated.
Emergency Labor rate: $100 per hour unless otherwise stated.
Bench Fee: $35 – applied to labor if service performed.
PCLiquidations does not guarantee resolution to any computer related problem, however does guarantee to attempt to resolve the problem and give an accurate diagnosis of the problem to the best of our ability. In either case the customer is required to pay the agreed labor charge or bench fee.
Labor charges are not refundable without exceptions. PCLiquidations will not be held liable for any hardware/equipment failures that may occur while in the repair process but will freely estimate the cost to repair or replace. PCLiquidations does not guarantee the retrieval of data and will not be held responsible for any data loss. Data is entirely the responsibility of the customer and we therefore recommend frequent backups of important data. PCLiquidations will only repair and warranty the described problem. Resolution times differ on the basis of parts required, current level of service work, type of problem, and remedies to resolve the problem. We therefore do not guarantee any time frame in which your computer/equipment will be repaired but will contact you when the repair is concluded. Generally resolution time is 3 to 5 business days.The description of the problem, if successfully repaired, will carry a limited 30 day warranty. This warranty will only cover hardware or software related repairs not completed correctly the first time for 30 days from the date of repair pickup. If any misuse of the repaired item(s) is found, including physical damage, any computer virus, or intentional damage, etc, on the repaired item then the warranty is void and will not be honored. All items left at PCLiquidations over 30 days after repair or bench assessment will be consumed and sold to cover any repair expenses!
